Michael White, 66, of Windsor passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family. Born March 15, 1950 in Tuscola, the son of Charles and Madge (Quigley) White. He and Tami McFarland were united in marriage on July 28, 2012. Mike worked for Hydro-Gear for many years in Sullivan. He was member of the Grace Fellowship Church of Mattoon. He enjoyed riding his Harley, playing various sports and coaching some baseball teams. Surviving are his wife Tami of Windsor; sons Rob (Michelle) White of Houston, TX and Shannon (Marlina) White of Scofield, WI; daughter Jessica (Isaac) Clodfelder White of Mattoon; stepdaughter Donica Nester of Windsor; seven grandchildren Ashley, Julie, Carson, Dillion, Jordan, Ayden and Rylan; sisters Sandra (Michael) Moore of St. Louis, MO and Chyerl White of Windsor; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceding him in death were his parents. Visitation will be Saturday from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home in Windsor followed by a Memorial Service at 4 p.m. with Pastor Gary Parrill officiating. Casual attire is requested by the family. Cremation rites will be accorded. Memorials may be directed to the Crossroads Cancer Center in Effingham.
